I would like to convert a 2 car garage into a living room. This would include removing the garage door and adding a window and siding. Also, we would like to add a shower to the existing 1/2 bathroom. (we would need to extend the bathroom into the garage area by 4 feet to make room for the stand up shower)

I would like to convert my garage into an office. I would like to raise the floor so that it matches the house. The garage has a bathroom that also needs to be raised. Major remodel. Home built in the 1940s 2,500 square ft. Old wood shingle roof needs to be completely replaced, planning on either composite or slate-like shingles. The layout of the home/wall configuration needs to be reworked. Kitchen and bathroom needs work. Would like med-higher class appliances (doesn't need to be state of the art) and quality countertop, and economical on the wood cabinetry. Budget $100,000 to $150,000. Can it be done on budget in 3 months time?

Add 8 foot by 21 foot extension to family room including dormer type roof over addition with sliding glass door on 8 foot wide wall and floor to ceiling windows on 21 foot wide wall. Slope of yard will result in additon being about 4.5 feet above ground. Exterior brick up to floor level with vinyl siding from floor level to roof.
